Today Firefighter Tim Lovas celebrates his 47th birthday. Tim has many duties at the firehouse and its been a great 10 years having you here at the 78 house, but today he will relax with his wonderful family who also been very supportive to the SVFC throughout the years. Have a  great birthday Tim you deserve it, don't worry the AARP card is in the mail. Tim started his firefighting career in the late 1980's at the Unity Volunteer Fire department in Plum Borough before transfering over here. FF Lovas is a 10 year veteran of the Sardis Volunteer Fire Company.
