I am the Father of Lt John P Napolitano FDNY Rescue 2, and Ex Chief of the Dept and Commissioner of the Lakeland Fire Department, Ronkonkoma, New York.I want to thank for your Tribute to my Son, and all the other Hero's who showed the World profound Courage and Compassion on September 11,2001.My Son started and ended his career in the Fire Service as a Volunteer Firefighter, and he wore that hat with the same Pride, Honor and Dignity,as he wore the hat from the Fire Department of the City of New York.I could write a book about all the accolades that I have recieved about John from those who Served with Him, to those who knew Him..those that loved Him, but I will simply say this..that History will say that my Son was a Hero because he died while saving Lives, but I say, that my Son was a Hero because.. He lived to save Lives..
and so are Hero's all His Brothers and Sisters from your Proud Department.. so it is my Honor to have the privilege to sign your Guestbook.

John Napolitano, father of,
Lt John P Napolitano, FDNY, Rescue2,
and the Lakeland Fire Department

Last night my girlfriend, fellow firefighter from Monroeville Station 6 and his girlfriend attended the spaghetti dinner and had a chance to tour the station. Paul did a great job presenting the apparatus, especially the Operations Truck. His knowledge and ability to present the usefulness of this truck was outstanding. I also would like to mention that his attitude is impressive and it would to see more people in our field to hold a perspective similar. Keep up the great work.
